Just yesterday David was at our house and moved our outside unit up from less than two feet from ground level to over 4 feet. This was done because it was constantly buried in snow. David was on time and very meticulously went about doing what was required. He is very professional and really knows what he is doing. I was totally impressed. The new installation was done to perfection and made the original installation look like it was done by amateurs.

During a cold week of rainy weather, our LG mini split stopped generating heat. Eventually, it shut down and flashed an error code indicating compressor problems. At that point, we called David Petrov of Air pro. David came out promptly. listened attentively to our problem and took it from there. He outlined several things that could be wrong and went to work isolating the problem. He then checked a second unit for similar symptoms and remained on site until he and we were satisfied that nothing was wrong with the second unit and the problem we’d called about was resolved.

The work was done quickly and professionally. All service calls should go smoothly. A great job by David Petrov and Air Pro. We’ll certainly call them again.

My heat pump was damaged from the snow badly. I called around but most places I contacted only serviced commercial buildings. I was given David’s number and I took a chance and called.
